Ayurveda + Science

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest traditional wellness systems, focused on supporting balance in the body and mind. For centuries, Ayurvedic herbs have been used to support women’s hormonal health and overall well-being. Today, modern research continues to explore their potential benefits.

At Osh Wellness, we carefully select traditionally used Ayurvedic botanicals, combined with scientific insights, to create a comprehensive approach to reproductive health.

Compliance

All Osh products are made in the USA in FDA-registered and certified GMP facilities. Every ingredient we use is procured from high-quality suppliers after it meets our unapologetically high standards. We also test every batch of the final product for presence of heavy metals and microbiological impurities.

Fibroids Shouldn’t Mean “Just Wait and See”

If you’ve been told to watch and wait, you’re not alone. Up to 80% of women develop fibroids by age 50, and Black women are 2–3x more likely to be affected. The options you’re usually given — birth control, surgery, or patience — don’t address the root cause: hormonal imbalance.

Pre-Conception Cleanse works at the hormonal level to help your body manage what’s feeding fibroids from the inside out.*

Helps balance estrogen dominance

Excess estrogen is a major driver of fibroid growth. Shatavari and Red Clover help bring estrogen levels back into balance.*

Helps reduce inflammation naturally

Moringa and Stinging Nettles provide anti-inflammatory support to help ease pain, bloating, and heavy bleeding.*

Supports uterine health

Chasteberry supports healthy progesterone levels, helping strengthen the uterine lining and regulate cycles.*

Whether you’re trying to conceive or simply want your uterus to feel like yours again, this cleanse may provide the support you are looking for.*

Questions? We've Got You Covered!

Have a different question? Ask us at hi@oshwellness.com

Does Pre-Conception Cleanse help with fibroids?

Yes. Pre-Conception Cleanse contains herbs that help balance estrogen and progesterone — the hormones most associated with fibroid growth. Many women with fibroids have reported lighter periods, reduced pain, and better hormonal balance after 2-3 months of consistent use. For large fibroids, we recommend consulting your doctor alongside taking the supplement. We also recommend pairing it with Osh Glow Latte for enhanced anti-inflammatory support.*

Is this safe to take while actively trying to conceive?

Yes. The Preconception Cleanse is specifically formulated for the window before conception. It's designed to be used while you're actively trying to get pregnant. If you confirm a pregnancy, discontinue use and switch to a prenatal vitamin.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the world's oldest continuously practised medicinal system that believes in achieving holistic wellness by restoring the balance in body and mind. It addresses the root cause of an issue, rather than just optimizing to suppress the associated symptoms.

Ayurvedic herbs have been used for thousands of years to optimize female hormonal health. These herbs have been extensively studied and backed by scientific evidence only recently.

We carefully select evidence-backed Ayurvedic botanicals in their purest forms, and blend them together in optimal quantities to formulate a uniquely comprehensive pre-conception support.

Can I take this if I’m NOT trying to conceive?

Absolutely. Despite the name, many women take Pre-Conception Cleanse purely for uterine health and hormonal balance, with no plans to conceive. If you’re dealing with heavy periods, painful cramps, or fibroid symptoms, this cleanse can help whether you’re TTC or not.

Can I take this with my prenatal vitamin?

Yes, the Preconception Cleanse and our Elite Prenatal are formulated to work together. Many women stack both for a complete preconception protocol. You can select the bundle at a discount on this page.

Do I need to wait for a particular day in my cycle to start taking this?

No. You can start taking the Pre-conception Cleanse at any point in your cycle. We recommend that you start immediately on receiving your order, but ease in by taking 1 capsule a day for first 3 days and then increasing to 2 capsules.

I had fibroid surgery. Will this help prevent them from coming back?

Pre-Conception Cleanse can help maintain hormonal balance after surgery, which may support your body in preventing fibroid recurrence. We recommend taking it for 3-6 months post-surgery.

I have fibroids AND PMOS (PCOS). Is this right for me?

Yes. Pre-Conception Cleanse helps with both by addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance. It can help regulate periods, manage PMOS symptoms, and support fibroid management simultaneously.*

Is the supplement safe? Are there any possible side effects?

Side effects from the ingredients in this formulation are rare and mild. While it is considered safe overall, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new supplement.
