How It Works: things to note
Commitment
You must be committed to taking Osh Wellness Hormone & Mood Support daily for at least 60 days.
Honesty
You must agree to complete both the initial baseline survey and the final survey with honest and thoughtful feedback.
Profile
This study is designed for women between the ages of 35-60, who experience common symptoms related to hormone imbalance, such as mood swings, menstrual irregularities, fatigue, irritability, difficulty sleeping, hot flashes, night sweats, and stress. If you do not fall into this profile, please do not participate.
Timing
We ask that you complete the final survey either at the 60-day mark or when you feel you have properly experienced the effects of the supplement, whichever comes first.

What are the requirements to participate in the study?
The study is open for women aged 35-60, who can commit to taking the Hormonal Balance & Mood Support regularly for 60 days or more.
When will I get my gift card?
You will receive the $25 Gift Card for Osh Wellness in 1-2 weeks after submitting the final survey. It gives our team a chance to validate your purchase and compliance with the study guidelines.
Do I have to wait 60 days to take the final survey?
If you are already feeling the effects, and they are plateauing off, you can take the final survey before the 60 day guideline. Please remember that you still have to take HBMS regularly for at least 15 days before taking the final survey.
I bought the HBMS from a retail store. How can I participate?
We need an online order ID to validate the purchase. If you bought from a retail shop, please send us a picture of the receipt after taking the Baseline Survey at hi@oshwellness.com to help us validate your participation.
