Most Osh Wellness supplements like Preconception Cleanse and Fertility Support are eligible for FSA/HSA payments with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN). For orders over $100, our medical partners can help provide the LOMN at checkout if you have any of the following:

To get the LOMN and pay with your FSA/HSA card, simply select 'Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA' at checkout. You will be redirected to answer a few simple questions and make the payment with your FSA/HSA card immediately. You will receive the LOMN shortly after that on the email ID that you provide for your records.
Note that your cart value after any discounts should be above $100 to see the FSA/HSA option. We cover the cost of providing the LOMN charged by the medical professionals.
Elite Prenatal does not need a LOMN and is eligible for FSA/HSA payments. Golden Latte is not eligible for FSA/HSA payments and we will not be able to request a LOMN for it.
