I've been struggling with menopause symptoms for almost 2 years now, I have been trying many different menopause relief herbal capsules to deal with symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats and weight gain. I definitely have more energy. My mood is better and will continue to be better. I haven’t lost any weight yet but I do feel like doing more than just what has to be done with the farm chores. I still have no sexual desire and still have vaginal tenderness. I am taking a double dose. 2 tablets twice a day.

It helps me feel calm and less anxious in the evenings
