Absolutely the best by far. I had a hysterectomy in 2014 and always fought with hot flashes and mood swings I just found these and wish I had found them soon. Ive had no more hot flashes and my mood has improved so much. It doesn't mess with my stomach or anything. I've had no side effects taking these and I've taken them for 4 months now.
