Ayurveda + Science

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest traditional wellness systems, focused on supporting balance in the body and mind. For centuries, Ayurvedic herbs have been used to support women’s hormonal health and overall well-being. Today, modern research continues to explore their potential benefits.

We carefully select evidence-backed Ayurvedic botanicals in their purest forms, and blend them with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that work together to build a uniquely comprehensive female fertility support system.

Compliance

All Osh products are made in the USA in FDA-registered and certified GMP facilities. Every ingredient we use is procured from high-quality suppliers after it meets our unapologetically high standards. We also test every batch of the final product for the presence of heavy metals and microbiological impurities.

Who is This System For?

PCOS Cleanse & Conceive System is specifically designed for women with PCOS who are trying to conceive and experience ANY of these challenges

Irregular or Absent Menstrual Cycles

Irregular or absent cycles are a common symptom of PCOS caused by hormonal imbalances, particularly elevated luteinizing hormone (LH) and insulin resistance. Osh system works to regulate menstrual cycle by balancing key hormones like LH and FSH while improving insulin sensitivity.*

Anovulation or Irregular Ovulation

If you’re not ovulating regularly - or at all - conceiving can feel impossible. Anovulation is one of the leading fertility challenges for women with PCOS. Osh system is designed to stimulate healthy ovulation by addressing the root causes of ovulatory dysfunction, including inflammation and hormonal imbalance. Key ingredients like Chasteberry and Shatavari have been clinically shown to improve ovulation frequency in women with PCOS.*

Excess Androgen (Male Hormones)

If you experience symptoms like acne, excessive hair growth (hirsutism), or hair thinning, it can be due to high androgen levels. Elevated androgens are a hallmark of PCOS and can interfere with ovulation and egg quality. Osh system includes natural compounds that help reduce androgen levels, balance testosterone, and support overall hormonal harmony, paving the way for improved fertility outcomes.*

The Two Steps That Make This System Work

Step 1: Month 1 - 2

Cleanse & Rebalance

Pre-conception Cleanse formula contains chasteberry, red clover, and stinging nettles that are shown to help regulate menstrual cycles and reduce androgen levels in women with PCOS.*

An optimized blend of five natural herbs, Pre-conception Cleanse gently resets balance, flushes toxins, and prepare the uterus before you begin trying to conceive.*

Step 2: Month 3 Onwards

Boost & Prepare

By the end of month two, you should have improved hormonal balance. From month three, Women’s Fertility Support helps improve egg quality, and improves chances of fertilization. It contains a blend of essential vitamins, as well as natural folate, that helps reduce birth defects in newborns.*

Besides the vitamins, Women’s Fertility Support also contains Zinc and Selenium that help improve egg quality and nourish the womb. All these vital nutrients work together preparing you for a healthy pregnancy with PCOS.*

What is the best schedule for this bundle?

Our unique 2-step system works with your schedule. Here is the best way to start:

Month 1: Start with the Pre-conception Cleanse: Do NOT take Fertility Support along with it. Take 2 capsules, once a day, ideally 15 minutes before breakfast. We recommend adding Elite Prenatal with it.

Month 2: Continue with Pre-Conception Cleanse for one more month for a complete cleanse. If you are planning to conceive, you may start trying actively now if you feel your cycles are balanced. Continue taking Elite Prenatal

Month 3: Switch to Women’s Fertility Support. Take 3 capsules, once a day, ideally before breakfast.

How soon will it start working?

Most women notice more regular periods within a few weeks of starting the plan. If you have not had periods for some time, it may take 1-2 months of taking Pre-Conception Cleanse for your periods to come back.

If you are trying to conceive, we recommend completing the plan, and then continuing Women's Fertility Support for another 4-6 months or till pregnancy. Everybody is different, and results can vary. Many women have had successful pregnancies within 3 months of starting the plan, and many others have taken as long as 6 months.

How do I use FSA/HSA to pay?

Should I stop taking these if I become pregnant?

Yes, once you have a confirmed pregnancy results, please stop this system and only continue taking prenatal. Getting pregnant with PCOS may need closer attention from your doctor.Women with PCOS may not produce enough progesterone, which is needed once you are pregnant. We suggest that you consult your doctor to plan the support you will need during the initial weeks of pregnancy.

I have been on birth control pills for the last few months/years. How will this bundle help me?

The synthetic hormones in birth control pills or Depo shots can have lasting effects even after you stop using them. If you have irregular or missing periods, you should take the Pre-Conception Cleanse for 1-3 months or until your periods become regular. The natural blend in Pre-Conception Cleanse is specially formulated to help reset your hormonal balance and reproductive system.

Switch to Women's Fertility Support once your periods are more regular to help prepare your body for conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Better than EU

We have been trying for a baby for over a year now. We knew we needed some fertility support, but didn't want to go for IVF or any medical treatments before exhausting other options. I read about EU Natural, and we both took their fertility support. But even after 6 months of regularly having it we had no success.

We decided to take a break, but came across Osh Wellness about a month later. This formula looked very unique and didn't just depend on inositol/CoQ10 unlike most others. We decided to give another shot and just 3 months after starting the fertility support for both, we got our first positive test. I am now 14 weeks pregnant, and we are so so so happy!

So grateful

After months of trying to conceive without success, I was starting to lose hope. However, Osh Wellness came in with a positive force of optimism combined with their magical formulation. Within 4 weeks of taking it regularly my cycles and ovulation were in more sync than ever before. My ovulation started tracking exactly on time, and within 2 cycles of trying, we were pregnant! Overall I took 3 months of these miracle pills before the positive test. We are overjoyed and are so grateful.
