We offer same day processing for $5.99 (contiguous 48 states) for orders placed before 1 PM Easter Time. Please note that the expedited processing is not expedited shipping. It does not guarantee a faster delivery speed. Expedited processing just guarantees that your order is shipped the same day.

All domestic orders are shipped by USPS.

We also ship globally, including to UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India. The shipping cost for your country will be displayed at checkout. Please note that any customs duties and clearance would be the customer's responsibility. However, we make every effort to get the package to your doorstep and none of our customers have ever faced an issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address And Refused Delivery

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to insure it is recognized as a valid address with USPS. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Osh Wellness will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

oshwellness.com will not be held responsible If the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please file a missing mail case with USPS and keep us informed. In many cases they are able to recover the package if it was wrongly delivered and deliver it to you.

If USPS confirms that they delivered the package to you, you may need to contact local law enforcement to file a case of theft. If USPS confirms that the package was lost and cannot be recovered, please contact us with the confirmation and we will file an insurance claim while sending you a replacement immediately.
