What is this webinar about?

It's a 5-day live online program where six Ayurvedic practitioners and holistic experts guide you through simple daily rituals to support your body, mind, and skin during perimenopause and menopause. Each day includes a teaching session and a hands-on practice — all designed to be beginner-friendly and easy to continue on your own.

When does it take place and what time?

May 4–8, 2026 (Sunday through Thursday). Morning sessions are scheduled in the morning PDT, and select evenings include additional sessions. Exact session times will be confirmed in your registration email.

Will I get recordings if I can't attend live?

Yes! Every session will be recorded and available free on the Osh Wellness platform after the event. Recordings include full credits and links to each expert's practice, so you can revisit any session at your own pace.

Do I need prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga?

Not at all. Every session is designed to be beginner-friendly. Our experts will guide you step by step, with modifications for different comfort levels. This is about building simple, sustainable habits — not perfection.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event begins (by May 2, 2026). After that, we're unable to offer refunds, but you'll still have access to all session recordings.

How do I access the live sessions?

After you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. A few days before the event, we'll send you the webinar link, login instructions, and tips to prepare. All you need is a browser and an internet connection.
