At Osh Wellness, our name honours the sacred flow the life force that nurtures balance, calm, and strength through every stage of a woman’s life.

In the whirlwind of my perinatal journey, I grew frustrated with the opaque, inadequate support from supplements. Seeking natural alternatives, I turned to Ayurvedic ingredients, crafting my own blends. A deep dive into their scientific efficacy revealed evidence of their time-tested effectiveness.

Years of relentless research, blending, testing, and refining with my dedicated team led to formulations that met our rigorous standards, though many fell short. At our core is a commitment to transparency in sourcing and honesty in communication—not boasting, just the standards I longed for as a discerning consumer.

Shruti is a plant-based wellness chef and a mother of two. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute, NY and a certified nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in healing foods and botanicals.

Sunny is a Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (NAMA). She is the founder of Mamayurveda and has been on the faculty at the Ayurvedic Institute since 2009. She helps women with hands-on self-healing and one-on-one programs for all of life's transitions.
