What's the best schedule for the Bundle?

Our unique 3-step system works with your schedule. Here is the best way to start:

Month 1: Start with the Pre-conception Cleanse: Do NOT take Fertility Support along with it. Take 4 capsules, once a day, ideally with breakfast. You may complement it with prenatal vitamins.

Month 2: If you feel your periods are still irregular or too heavy, get another jar of Pre-Conception Cleanse and continue taking it for one more month. Otherwise, switch to Women’s Fertility Support. Take 3 capsules, once a day, preferably with breakfast.

Month 3: Continue taking Women’s Fertility Support.

I have PCOS will the bundle help me?

Yes, our Pre-conception cleanse helps with PCOS and post-pill hormonal imbalances. However, getting pregnant with PCOS may need closer attention from your doctor.

If you have PCOS, your may not produce enough progesterone, which is needed once you are pregnant.

We recommend taking our fertility supplements until pregnancy is confirmed by a test, and suggest that you consult your doctor to plan the support you will need during the initial weeks of pregnancy.

I have regular periods. Will this bundle still help me?

Yes. Even if your periods are regular, your hormones may be out of balance. It could show up as skin issues, heavier or painful periods, and multiple other ways.

The hormonal and conception bundle gently brings your hormonal cycle in harmony, and boosts your egg quality for a holistic pre-conception support.

How long should I take capsules?

The Cleanse & Conceive bundle is designed for three months, or until you get a confirmed pregnancy. If you are still trying to conceive after three months, continue the Women's Fertility Support for up to another 4 months.

Should I keep taking my prenatal?

You should continue taking prenatal with the Pre-Conception Cleanse. We recommend Osh Wellness Elite Prenatal which is the most comprehensive prenatal multivitamin available.

The Women’s Fertility Support does contain essential vitamin blend that helps in conception and nourishes your body. However, we recommend Elite Prenatal during the trying phase to prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy and make sure you have adequate reserves for yourself and the baby.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Most women notice more regular periods within a few weeks of starting the course. If you have not had periods for some time, it may take 1-2 months of taking Pre-Conception Cleanse for your periods to come back.

If you are trying to conceive, we recommend completing the course, and then continuing Women's Fertility Support for another 4 months or till pregnancy. Every body is different and results can vary. Many women have had successful pregnancies within 3 months of starting the course, and many others have taken as long as 6 months.
