How soon will it start working?

Yes. The Pre-Conception Cleanse is specifically formulated for the window before conception. It's designed to be used while you're actively trying to get pregnant. If you confirm a pregnancy, discontinue use and switch to a prenatal vitamin.

Will this interfere with my birth control?

We are not aware of any interaction, and many women take both. If you are on hormonal birth control, the Cleanse will not counteract it. Speak to your doctor if you have any concerns.

Can I take this with my prenatal vitamin?

Yes, the Pre-Conception Cleanse and our Elite Prenatal are formulated to work together. Many women stack both for a complete preconception protocol. You can select the bundle at a discount on this page.

Do I need to wait for a particular day in my cycle to start taking this?

No. You can start taking the Pre-conception Cleanse at any point in your cycle. We recommend that you start immediately on receiving your order, but ease in by taking 1 capsule a day for first 3 days and then increasing to 2 capsules.

Will it help me if I have irregular periods?

Yes. Our blend contains Shatavari and Chasteberry: two herbs known to regulate periods by resetting hormonal balance. It can help regularize periods and restore missing periods.

I have been on birth control pills for the last few months/years, how long should I take the capsules for?

At least three months. Synthetic hormones take time to clear, and post-pill cycles usually need a full reset rather than a nudge. You can start immediately after stopping birth control, with no waiting period. Many women even start it when they are planning to stop birth control. 

 

You may continue taking it as long as needed. 

Is the supplement safe? Are there any possible side effects?
