Absolutely the best by far. I had a hysterectomy in 2014 and always fought with hot flashes and mood swings I just found these and wish I had found them soon. Ive had no more hot flashes and my mood has improved so much. It doesn't mess with my stomach or anything. I've had no side effects taking these and I've taken them for 4 months now. Very effective and helps with my brain fog and focus. There is a little taste to the capsules but not bad.
These hormone supplements have been a game-changer for me. They keep the hot flashes away and help stabilize my mood throughout the day. My sleep has noticeably improved since starting them, and I feel more balanced overall. I take one pill in the morning and one at night, which works perfectly. I’ve noticed that if I take both at the same time, they wear off too quickly and the hot flashes return, so spacing them out is key. When I miss a dose, I can definitely tell the difference. Consistency is everything with these, and I’m so glad I found them!

First, the ingredients were completely covered with a label that could not be removed. Also, it was 10 pills short. I lost interest completely once I could not see the ingredients that seem to be deliberately covered up. A refund would be great.

We are so sorry to hear that you did not find the product packaging up to the mark. I checked and your order was shipped by one of our fulfillment partners when we ran out of stock in our warehouse. We have now given explicit instructions to not cover the label with their inventory stickers and will make sure this never happens again. We are also fully restocked in our warehouse now, and the new jars are free of any extra stickers. We also provide ingredient transparency where you can check the lab-test reports by scanning the QR code on the jar. All the ingredients are also listed on our website.
