We are not able to cancel or change an order once it is placed. For fast delivery, we pass the orders to our fulfillment partners immediately, and changes after the order has been placed are usually not possible.

If you do not see results after using the product regularly for at least 60 days, we will refund up to 2 jars of your purchase. Remember, we are in this with you. If you are unsatisfied with the products for any other reason (without using it for three months), you may return the leftover product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping) of your order of up to 1 product. Refunds must be claimed within 100 days of order delivery.
Menopause Support: 60-day money-back guarantee. If after taking the product consistently for at least 6 weeks, you do not notice any difference in metabolism or weight, contact us for a full refund. We stand behind our formula completely. We request that you consistently take the product for 6 weeks to notice the effects, as it takes time for your body to start adjusting.
Hormone & Mood Support: 60-day money-back guarantee. Hormone & Mood Support is designed to help you balance your hormonal cycle, support positive mood, and sleep better. If for any reason you are unsatisfied after taking the product regularly for at least 30 days, we will refund your entire purchase of up to one jar. Please note that we cannot accept returns of open or unopened jars if you have not finished the one month of regular consumption that it takes to see the benefits. A shipping and handling fee may apply on returns for other reasons.
Other products: If for any reason you were unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the leftover product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping) of your order of up to 1 product. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method, or issued as store credits. If you have bought products from multiple categories, we can only accept 1 product back, within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew after the period that you select at checkout. We send a reminder email 3 days and 1 day before every renewal giving you the chance to skip a delivery, or pause/cancel the subscription. We are not able to refund subscription orders once they have shipped. You can also manage your subscription here.
Note: We cannot place returned supplements back in our inventory, even if they have not been opened, due to compliance reasons.
