Suggested Use

Take 2 capsules every day, ideally 15-30 minutes before breakfast, with milk or dairy-free milk alternative. You may also take it with orange juice with half a teaspoon of olive oil in it. This helps improve absoption of the fat soluble nutrients in the formulation.

Do I need to wait for a particular day in my cycle to start taking this?

No. You can start taking the Pre-conception Cleanse at any point in your cycle. We recommend that you start immediately on receiving your order, but ease in by taking 1 capsule a day for first 3 days and then increasing to 2 capsules.

Will it help me if I have irregular periods?

Yes. Our blend contains Shatavari and Chasteberry; two herbs known to regulate periods by resetting hormonal balance. It can help regularize periods and resume missing periods.

I have been on birth control pills for the last few months/years, how long should I take the capsules for ?

We recommend taking the Pre-conception Cleanse for 2-3 months to reset your reproductive system. If you are planning to conceive soon, you may take the Pre-conception Cleanse for 1-2 months and then switch to the Women's Fertility Support.

Great restart!

I started taking the cleanse once my husband and I decided to start trying for a baby. I ditched the birth control after 10 years straight. I was told prior by doctors it may be a bit difficult for us to conceive. Well, we are pregnant with our first (healthy) baby nearly three months after completing a bottle. I have been able to purchase two amazing products from this company, the Pre-Conception Cleanse as well as the Golden Latte, with the golden latte I have been able to sleep much better, it is amazing. Helped regulate my hormones, but changed my cycle

This cleanse was great after my miscarriage. It helped to regulate my hormones, clear my acne, and bring symptoms back to my cycle. However, my cycle has been a bit erratic since taking the cleanse -- I'm normally 27-28 days per cycle and after the cleanse I've had 21-day and 35-day cycles making it challenging to know when I'm ovulating for TTC. The cleanse / fertility support also made my period EXTREMELY heavy (lasting 5-6 days and being very heavy for 4 of those). I do think my uterine lining has thickened which caused these longer and heavier periods. I am hoping to conceive again soon, but have to figure out my cycles now so I know when to try.

Great!

I truly believe this has helped me get period back faster after being on birth control for 10 years! It has also made a difference in my period cramps, they have not been as bad beginning after 2 months of taking this!

Miracle in a bottle
