Start this supplement 1-2 months before you begin to actively start trying to conceive. This will give your body enough time to regulate ovulatory cycles, improve egg health and balance hormones.

Yes, it doesn't hurt to get that extra boost during your conception journey. A lot of our clients are women who are healthy and added fertility capsules to their routine to improve their egg quality and help them conceive quickly.

Here is the recommended timeline:

Start 1-2 months before you begin actively trying to conceive. You can also start immediately if you are already TTC.

Continue using for 3 - 6 months, or until pregnancy is confirmed with a test. If you do not achieve your desired result within six months, we recommend taking a one-month break, before starting again.

If you have PCOS or other serious hormonal imbalances, we recommend starting with Pre-Conception Cleanse and then switching to Fertility Support after 1-3 months, once your cycles are more regular. 

Getting pregnant with PCOS needs closer attention from your doctor. Women who have PCOS often don’t produce enough progesterone, which is needed in early pregnancy.

Since we only recommend taking our supplements until pregnancy is confirmed by a test (and not longer), it is best to consult your doctor and decide an action plan regarding the support you will need during early pregnancy.

Yes. We have a separate formulation for men. Since it takes two to start a family, adding Men’s Fertility Support into your partner’s routine will help improving chances of conception by improving sperm parameters and libido.

We have included essential nutrients like Folate and vitamins A, D, and C in the formulation as recommended by CDC. CDC recommends eating well while trying to conceive along with Folate supplementation. However, a good prenatal (like Osh Elite Prenatal) contains several other essential nutrients like choline, iodine, biotin, and pantothenic acid, etc, that can help a healthy pregnancy.

We highly recommend continuing Osh Elite Prenatal after you get a confirmed pregnancy result.

Calms Cycle

I absolutely love how well this supplement has calmed my cycle and regulated it out, even. I have been taking it for several months and still no pregnancy, but that's less of a concern than my period feeling less painful and random! Ayurvedic medicine is wonderful to try and naturally attempt a flow-state to your body, but remember that sometimes doctors do have to intervene for certain issues and procedures. Nonetheless, this supplement has added so much peace to my life and that is a lot than I expected! Only 4 stars bc of no conception, but then again it is called "fertility support" not "pregnancy induction"

AMAZING product for you TTC or just balance hormones and cycle

I was on depovera bc for quite sometime. I had stopped it after meeting my husband, after I came off for now 3 years we have been strugglling getting pregnant, my cycles were very dark (blood wise) and off. Majority of time they were right on time, but there were a few times where i was 2 weeks late, or skipped a cycle. We also could never track my ovulation in time wither. I have been on these for a little over few weeks. First I tried the cleanse, but it wasn't working well with my timmy, but i noticed a change in my cycle. After starting the fertility support my cycle has been right on time, it has definitely helped my libido AND, we were able to catch my ovulation right on time, we even had my lab work completed for my LH surge, prolactin levels, and progesterone and they all showed that I have indeed ovulated. I would recommend this product to any woman.
