We recommend starting with the 3-pack, or starting a monthly subscription. You will need 1-2 month supply during the boost phase and another month supply during the actively trying phase. It can take anywhere from 2 months to 3 months to see positive results.

Here is the suggested timeline and routine:

Start 1-3 months before you are actively trying to conceive. Continue using it for 3 - 6 months. Take a one-month break if you don’t receive your desired result by the end of 6 months.

Take 2 capsules a day, preferably empty stomach (first thing in the morning, or between meals).

We ship your packages from our warehouses in NJ and it takes about 2-5 business days to deliver in the US. We ship most orders within 1 business day. You may also opt for expedited processing for a flat fee of $5.99 at checkout.
